Citrus, almond and sia seeds cake

It is the season of clementines. This cake is a beautiful way to exalt their delicate scent in the kitchen. It is also a fresh idea for your Christmas baking.


  • 225gr butter , softened
  • 225gr caster sugar
  • 175gr almond flour
  • 100gr self-raising flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 220 gr of plain yogurt
  • 4 tbs almond milk
  • 2 tbs sia seeds
  • finely grated rind of 4 clementines


  • Preheat the oven to 180 C
  • Grease a cake mould
  • Mix all the ingredient with an electric mixer
  • Bake for 40-45 minutes in the oven
  • Allow the cake to cool in the mould
  • Remove the cake carefully and let it cool on a wire rack.
